This film's main character is a police officer who recently lost his long-time partner, who had also become a good friend. On his last task the detective's throat was cut by a never-caught criminal. The hero wants to kill this gap and get revenge on the killer once he figures out who it is. The man is helped by his deceased partner's beloved; together they get down to business with enthusiasm.
